Proactively call cold leads to gauge their interest in selling their property, utilizing a strategic approach to open dialogue and assess potential selling motivations.
Skillfully ask questions to gather essential information about the property, seller’s motivations, asking price, and timeline for selling, ensuring all data is accurately captured for further analysis.
Act as a liaison between potential sellers and the Acquisitions team, ensuring clear and timely communication of lead status and details.
Diligently input all pertinent lead information into our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes.
