Key Functions and Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Proactively call cold leads to gauge their interest in selling their property, utilizing a strategic approach to open dialogue and assess potential selling motivations.

Information Gathering

Skillfully ask questions to gather essential information about the property, seller’s motivations, asking price, and timeline for selling, ensuring all data is accurately captured for further analysis.

Effective Communication

Act as a liaison between potential sellers and the Acquisitions team, ensuring clear and timely communication of lead status and details.

Data Management

Diligently input all pertinent lead information into our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role where cold calling was a primary function, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Resilience and persistence in navigating through rejections, with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Analytical ability to assess lead quality and prioritize follow-up actions.
