As the first point of contact within our company, the Lead Manager plays a crucial role in managing and qualifying prospects to determine their suitability and advance them in our sales process

Vet clients coming through text messaging, direct mail, inbound calls, and similar methods.
Use the Lead Manager script to build rapport, identify the client’s true motivation, get a clear picture of their seriousness and timelines for selling, and quickly determine if the lead is suitable for advancement.
Responsible for handling all warm transfer calls and being the first point of contact within our company.
